We had the pleasure of tasting their 5-course wedding menu. My personal favorite is the Trofie Pasta with Boston Lobster which tasted fresh, succulent and flavourful, as well as the Beef Sirloin Steak which was tender, juicy and cooked to medium perfection.
We ended off the scrumptious meal with their signature Bailey’s and Hazelnut Feuillantine, which had an appealing sweetness and a crisp crunchy base. The rich hazelnut flavour paired well with the slight tinge of Bailey’s.
For your wedding, you can opt to for a 4-course menu for your guests, which begins with a starter, a pasta, a main dishes and a dessert served alongside with tea or coffee to complete your meal. Alternatively, if you prefer to give your guests the chance to mingle, you can opt for a buffet which comes with free flow champagne!
