Braci is a 1-Michelin-starred restaurant with a 20-seat open-kitchen concept that makes you feel like a houseguest. It has a pleasant atmosphere, to say the least, and from your vantage point, you can easily see Marina Bay Sands. Braci is derived from the Italian term for “embers,” so wood influences much of the cuisine in the kitchen. There are only five and seven-course menus available, but they change every three months. The Korean chef excels at reinventing Australian cuisine with Asian – primarily Korean – twists, as evidenced by signature dishes such as raw oysters with ginger lemon gochujang and perfectly cooked Jeju abalone.

The 1-Michelin-starred Lerouy is a completely counter-seat dining experience, so you can enjoy the culinary action up front. The Grand Dinner was an opulent tour of contemporary French cuisine expertly guided by its namesake chef. Rhubarb Singapore offers a 3-course set lunch for $45 during lunchtime. For one Michelin-starred French restaurant in Singapore, this seems reasonable.
