9. Qiwellness Living
Qiwellness Living combines centuries-old Chinese practises and decor with an edgy, modern flavour and first-rate amenities and services. That is why this is one of the best places to go if you want to experience an ancient Chinese-style technique. The bathhouse, their in-house spa centre, offers various types of massages and spa packages. All checked-in guests are entitled to a complimentary 45-minute foot reflexology massage and a 90-minute silk signature massage. This includes access to the yin-yang hot and cold soaking pools, which we used before our massages and thoroughly enjoyed. Going between extreme temperatures may appear to be a recipe for catching a cold, but the contrast strikes a comfortable balance in our bodies and is actually quite stimulating.
Besides that, Qireflexology for two is available between 4 and 9 p.m., or at 11 a.m. the following day, by the adjacent pools overlooking the lake. It also has one of the best reflexology massages of any property on the ridge. And when combined with its graphic, modern interiors and distinct design style, it creates a memorable experience! Overall, we think this is a place for peace, privacy, and meditation—an environment conducive to wellness.
Highlights:
- Effective traditional and holistic healing practices in a modern setting
- Inspired by China’s centuries-old architecture, cuisine, and healing practises
