But for most couples (like us), we just want to relax and unwind from all that stressful wedding planning! For our honeymoon, we wanted nothing more than to wake up to the incredible view of the sea and spend our days on the beach just enjoying each others company. Best time to visit Maldives: The best weather is from November to April. Avoid June, as the monsoon season that runs from May to October peaks in June. The high season is between December and March but its worth to pay slightly higher prices for the dry season as there is nothing much to do in Maldives during rainy days except hide out in your resort.
