Valentine’s Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Valentine’s Day Giveaway Campaign, you are agreeable to the following terms & conditions. 

These T&Cs apply to all giveaways: 

• Winners are to coordinate with vendors directly for all giveaway claims. In the unlikely event of issues with claims, kindly send to contact@theweddingvowsg.com.
• All redemption of giveaways are subject to redemption period stated by vendor. 
• Redemption of giveaway prizes are strictly subject to availability. In the event that the requested date/product is unavailable, vendor will advise on a  suitable replacement. No monetary compensation should be expected. 
• All giveaway prizes are to be strictly redeemed by the advised redemption date. TWV is not able to extend validity periods.  
• Prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangable for cash 

These T&Cs apply to the individual giveaways respectively.

Treasure Bay Bintan Giveaway:

• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion and has no monetary value.
• Voucher is valid per session, for max 2pax only.
• Not valid on weekends, public holidays and peak season.
• Prior reservations required. Kindly contact +62 853 6539 6597 to make bookings.

Volkswagen Giveaway:

• The winner must contact Volkswagen Singapore to confirm his/her slot within 2 weeks of prize announcement
• The Volkswagen Valentines’ drive must be completed on weekdays between 28 Feb 2017 – 14 May 2017
• Redemption is subject to availability of vehicle. In the event that the vehicle is unavailable during the winner’s collection period, an equivalent model will be provide. This will be agreed upon with the winner prior to collection.
• Floral decorations and chauffeur services are not included.
